MARIA GORSKA-SAJ

Unravelling the fear reflex and how it hinders learning: Introducing the Alexander Technique

Alexander Technique introductory workshop. A practical session with body mapping, games and discussions about how we perceive thinking and how it relates to our bodies. The Alexander Technique is a technique about ‘how to do what we do’, so essentially it is about movement, perception and learning.
