KATE CAIRNS
Ready for School – Reducing barriers to learning in a time of social adversity
Every child, and every family, is located in a human ecological system: Family and friends, community services, organisations and networks, wider society. The session looks at the neuroscience of stress and trauma and focuses on the power of connection to counterbalance adversity.
